The revenue in your last mile.
Your billing gets your practice paid on the claims that clear. Volari completes the cycle — the last-mile revenue function: a crew of AI agents that recovers the denied, underpaid, and aged-out claims your team was forced to write off. You pay only from what we recover.
Results vary by payer and claim; recovery isn't guaranteed.
A write-off looks like accounting. It's revenue.
Every month, finished work leaves your practice unpaid. Denials too small to fight. Appeals too complex to staff. Claims that aged out while your team handled this week's fires. On the books, a routine adjustment — in reality, care you delivered at your own cost.
Most of it is winnable — it just never gets worked. Chased one claim at a time, the effort outruns what any single claim returns, so the pile grows. Volari works the whole pile, and the revenue you already earned comes back to you.
A crew of agents works the pile — so your team doesn't have to.
Volari's AI agentic crew that works your pile
Volari reads alongside your biller — never reroutes a thing — and nothing files under your NPI without your sign-off.
We work for providers. Never for payers.
Most AI in claims is bought by insurers, to deny faster. Volari was built for you: independent practices — our only customers. Recovered claims are our only revenue. If you don't get paid, neither do we — same side, by construction.
HIPAA is the floor. Our promises are in writing.
These four promises are clauses in the BAA we sign before any of your data moves.

Priced on outcomes.
Our fee is 25% of the commercial dollars we actually recover — money you'd already written off. No retainer, no setup fee, no software cost, no minimum. Recover nothing, owe nothing.
The one exception, up front: government claims — Medicare and Medicaid — are optional and priced differently, because federal law prohibits percentage fees on them. If you opt in, they carry a flat per-claim fee, disclosed before we start and never blended into the 25%.
This isn't a you problem.
Two ways to see the number.
Frequently asked questions
What is agentic AI denial recovery?
+
A done-for-you service where AI agents run the entire insurance-claim appeal end to end: they find the recoverable denied claims, build each appeal with the right documentation and payer-specific argument, file it, and follow it to payment. Unlike denial-prevention software, it recovers claims already denied or written off.
How much does Volari cost?
+
25% of the commercial dollars we actually recover — money you'd already written off. No retainer, no setup, no software cost, no minimum. Recover nothing, owe nothing. Government and Medicare claims are the one exception, if you opt in: a flat per-claim fee, because federal law prohibits a percentage on those. We sign a BAA before touching any data.
Do you replace our biller?
+
No. Volari reads alongside your billing setup and works the denied tail your team never had the hours for — we never reroute your remittances or touch first-pass claims. Your biller keeps their job; we take the pile nobody could get to.
Do I approve each appeal before it's filed under my name?
+
Yes. Nothing is submitted under your NPI without your sign-off. Every appeal lands in your review queue to approve, edit, or decline. Prefer hands-off? Set an auto-file threshold you control.
You're a newer company — why trust you with this?
+
Because the terms leave you no downside. We sign a BAA before touching any data, we're paid only on dollars we actually recover, and there's no retainer, setup, contract, or minimum. The claims in your pile are worth zero to you today. See your real recoverable number before anything is committed.
